Delete your Crazy Drama account

For the Crazy Drama app on Android and iOS and crazydramas.com, operated by Pulsar Entertainment, Co.

Deleting your account removes, from our servers and permanently:

  • your email address and sign-in,
  • your watch progress, and the link between you and your viewing activity (only anonymous records stay; see What we keep below),
  • the series you have unlocked,
  • your coins, paid and bonus, which are forfeited and not refunded, with your coin history, the episodes you unlocked with coins and your Rewards progress,
  • an All-Access or VIP subscription bought on this website, which is cancelled so you are not charged again.

Records of payments stay for accounting and refund handling, without your email or account (see What we keep). Series bought through the App Store or Google Play remain with that store account and can be restored in the app. Lists kept on your phone, such as Saved, are not touched.

An All-Access subscription bought in the app is billed by Google Play or the App Store and keeps renewing until you cancel it there (Google Play, then Subscriptions; or Settings, then Apple Account, then Subscriptions). Deleting your account does not cancel it.

In the app: Profile, then Account, then Delete account. Or do it here by signing in with the email you use in the app.

Can't sign in? Email support@crazydramas.com from any address; we will verify it is you and delete the account by hand.

What we keep, and for how long

Your email, sign-in, watch progress and unlocked series, and your coins, coin history and Rewards progress, are deleted as soon as you confirm, and your viewing activity is cut off from you. What stays, without your email or account:

  • Payment records, for seven years, as tax and accounting rules require. They keep the order number and, for a purchase made in the app, the random device identifier it was made under (ours, not your Google or Apple account), so it can still be restored from that App Store or Google Play account.
  • Anonymous viewing records (such as which episode was watched, when, and from which country and state), under a throwaway identifier in place of yours and with no link to your account or email. They are kept for our viewing statistics, with no set end date.
  • Records of which ad campaign brought you to our website and the page you arrived at, without your IP address or browser type. They are kept for our advertising totals, with no set end date.
