Delete your data

Last updated: September 29, 2026

You can delete all of the personal data Crazy Drama holds about you, or only some of it and keep your account, at any time, from the app, from this website, or by emailing us. This page covers the Crazy Drama app for iOS and Android and crazydramas.com, operated by Pulsar Entertainment, Co.

1. Delete your account yourself (fastest)

  • In the app: Profile, then Account, then Delete account.
  • On the web: crazydramas.com/account/delete. Sign in with the one-time code we email you, then confirm.

This happens immediately. It removes your email, watch progress, viewing activity and the series you unlocked from our servers (only anonymous records stay; see What we keep), removes your email from purchases made on our website under it, and cancels an All-Access or VIP subscription bought on our website so you are not charged again. It also deletes your coin balance and history, the episodes you unlocked with coins and your Rewards progress: coins you have not spent, paid and bonus, are lost and not refunded, so spend them first. An All-Access subscription bought in the app is billed by Google Play or the App Store and keeps renewing until you cancel it there (Google Play, then Subscriptions; or Settings, then Apple Account, then Subscriptions): deleting your account does not cancel it.

2. Or email us

If you never signed in, or you would rather we do it for you, email support@crazydramas.com with the subject "Delete my data". So we can find your data, include one or both of:

  • the email address you used to sign in or to pay on our website;
  • your UID, the short code shown under your name in Profile (tap it to copy). Each browser and phone has its own, so send one for each device you used.

We reply to confirm your request. If an account or a website purchase has an email address, we confirm with that address before deleting. Then we delete the data and tell you when it is done, within 30 days.

3. Delete only some of your data and keep your account

  • Watch history and resume points: in the app, open Profile, then Settings, then Clear watch history (or History, then Clear); on the web, the same under Profile, then Settings. This removes every resume point of that phone or browser, both on the device and on our servers. To remove a single series, open History, tap the three dots next to it and choose Remove from history. Each phone and browser keeps its own history, so do this on each one you used.
  • Anything else, such as your viewing activity (including likes, saves and shares), error details, or the email kept with a website purchase (and the card fingerprint kept with it): email support@crazydramas.com with the subject "Delete some of my data", say what you want removed, and include the details listed in section 2 so we can find it. We confirm the request the same way, delete that data within 30 days (viewing activity the way account deletion does: only anonymous records stay, see What we keep), and leave your account and purchases as they are.

What we keep

Records of payments stay for seven years, as tax and accounting rules require, without your email or account. They keep the order number and, for a purchase made in the app, the random device identifier it was made under (ours, not your Google or Apple account), so series bought in the app stay with that App Store or Google Play account and you can restore them if you come back. Viewing records stay only in anonymous form (such as which episode was watched, when, and from which country and state), under a throwaway identifier in place of yours and with no link to your account or email, and are kept for our viewing statistics with no set end date. Records of which ad campaign brought you to our website and the page you arrived at stay without your IP address or browser type, for our advertising totals, with no set end date.

Data others hold

  • Meta and TikTok receive page visits and, on purchase, a hashed email from our website's advertising pixels (see our Privacy Policy). On Facebook or Instagram you can review and clear that activity under Accounts Center, Your information and permissions, Your activity off Meta technologies. For TikTok, use TikTok's privacy settings or contact TikTok.
  • Mux, which streams our video, keeps playback-quality records from our website (which episode played, how playback went, your device and a short code, not your name or email) for up to 100 days. Email us and we will ask Mux to delete them sooner.
  • Payments on our website are processed by Stripe, which keeps its own records under its privacy policy.
  • Purchases in the app are handled by Apple or Google under your store account.

Data on your device

Your Saved list is kept only on your phone or in your browser; remove titles from Saved to clear it. Your watch history is kept on the device and on our servers, and Clear watch history (section 3) removes both. On the web you can also clear this site's data in your browser; in TikTok's in-app browser, open the menu and choose to clear cookies and cache.
